Maria Badstue in Mumbai

The talented Danish conductor Maria Badstue is coming to Mumbai in March to conduct the first ever professional Danish – Indian symphonic cooperation.

The year of 2020 marks the 400-year anniversary of Indo-Danish ties. As a link to strengthen our countries’ relations, the INDK Symphonic Collaboration is creating a unique cultural exchange through this musical meeting between Denmark and India.

The concert will take place on the 19th and 20th of March at Tata Theatre in Mumbai, a distinctive space that can seat up to a thousand guests is the best of both worlds. It effortlessly combines the intimate ambience of a small-scale venue with the splendour of a full scale arena.
